The safety and wellbeing of our guests and our team is the most important thing to us. We will be taking extra measures in order to keep you safe during your stay and ensure that you can relax and enjoy your break. We have become a gold member of Safe2Stay, more information on this can be found under ‘cleaning’.
We are following Government cleaning advice which includes all highly touched spaces and hard surfaces will be disinfected and bed linen and towels will be washed using the hottest setting. We will be fogging the cottages with Safe2Stay canisters which create an anti-bacterial and anti-viral fog covering all surfaces. Our cleaning staff will be using PPE where appropriate and will take extra precautions when cleaning.
On your day of arrival, the cottage will be unlocked for you and the keys will be on the kitchen side. Please do not arrive until after 4pm so we can ensure the cottage is thoroughly clean and ready for you. You may find some of your kitchenware is still in the dishwasher, this is because we have been putting it all through after each guest and sometimes the cycle doesn't finish before we leave.
On your day of departure, please can you leave the cottage before 9:15am so we can ensure we have enough time to thoroughly clean the cottage for the next guests. If you can please leave the cottage unlocked and the key on the kitchen side. We also ask that you strip the beds and leave all linen and towels in piles so it can easily be removed safely.
